Flatplanet
There has never been so much fun in a flat bread until now! Flatplanet offers an array of truly scrumptious flat breads
(which are essentially like pizzas, but cooler and healthier) with hearty Moroccan inspired toppings. The bread itself is made from organic English spelt that is a lot lighter on the tummy than a usual pizza base. The décor and food combine perfectly to radiate a rustic and experimental vibe and the menu itself is very affordable. For any lovers of blue cheese I can wholeheartedly recommend the ‘Mushroom’ flatbread, which contains delicious garlic mushrooms along with a hint of pesto. For spice lovers the ‘Club’ flatbread is perfect, with lashings of chicken, chorizo, goat’s cheese and chili and sun-dried tomato sauces, making it a sizzling taste sensation! Although it is not the most traditional of eateries, for a pre-theatre dining venture Flatplanet is ideal as dishes are served quickly and the building is situated just opposite the Palladium. I would recommend hungrier diners have a salad or Mezze Platter (which by the way is a taste sensation!) to accompany their meal. The more indulgent should definitely sample the gluten-free brownie!
